This belt has been reinvented from scratch. It started with a magnificent and rare 1980s jewelry buckle. The mini-circles of metal wire and its appearance are those of the so-called inclusion technique. A mold is made. Resin is inserted, and just beforehand, these circles of bronze metal wire are bathed and inserted in the resin in the shape of spirals or scrolls. The buckle is then sealed on an open metal circle to ensure stability. This expertise was born in Italy, and for once, this buckle is Italian.
I restored it and fashioned it with a beautiful, elegant, glossy brown patent leather strap lined with fine khaki leather.
